BUS diversion routes have been revealed following the announcement that a major route into Salisbury would be blocked for almost two weeks.
Motorists will be unable to access Castle Road via Castle Roundabout from Monday, February 5, until Saturday, February 17, so that urgent gas works can be carried out.
SGN posted a 24-mile diversion route which would take drivers through Cholderton and Amesbury back to Salisbury.

However, Salisbury Reds will not be following this 40-minute diversion, the travel company has confirmed.
While the northbound lane is closed, the PR11, R11, X4, X5 and Activ8 buses will divert after Milford Hall Hotel using Churchill Way, St Mark's Avenue, Somerset Road and Devonshire Road to resume their normal route from Victoria Park.
This means the Castle Road Roundabout and Butts Road stops will not be served.
Evening and Sunday X4 journeys towards Larkhill which normally serve Waters Road will not be able to do so and customers are advised to use Victoria Park or St Francis Church.
The R4 will follow the same diversion route but will be unable to serve Stratford Road or Waters Road towards Paul's Dene.
Both the R12 and 201 will follow the same diversion but won't serve stops between Castle Road Roundabout and Hudson Road.
School buses serving South Wilts Grammar School will be subject to the diversion en-route to the school in the morning and will drop off at the school on the opposite side of the road.
In the afternoon, buses will also pick up on the opposite side of the road (facing towards the City Centre) and will follow normal route from there.
The B2 service will begin from Victoria Park and serve the Waters Road/Stratford Road loop in reverse.
Southbound buses will still be able to use Castle Road and will not be affected.
A spokesperson for Salisbury Reds said: "Some journeys may take longer due to the diversion, so we are advising customers to allow extra time for your journeys.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however the works are ultimately out of our control."
