A mental health awareness gala which previously sold out within 36 hours is returning this year.
Lucianne Fitzgerald is organising the event for the fourth year following an overwhelmingly positive response to last November's gala dinner which raised £6,535 shared between the Women's Refuge and Kickstart FC.
Guest speakers from around the country will share their stories of overcoming poor mental health and Miss Fitzgerald's goal is to help men speak out when they are struggling.

A total of 150 tickets are available and cost £50 per head which includes a three-course meal and live music from the Treblemakers.
Miss Fitzgerald said last year's gala was a success, adding: "So many people reached out to myself and my partner Tony during the course of the evening.
"Some said the event opened their eyes and they were going to seek help. It was a very powerful and emotional evening as always."
Hundreds of people have been contacting Miss Fitzgerald asking for details about 2024's gala. She is also looking for a business to sponsor the event and help cover the £6,000 annual costs.
This year's event will be held on November 16 at Salisbury Guildhall and tickets can be bought from January 31 directly from Miss Fitzgerald by calling 07719058024.
