THE motorcyclist who was involved in a crash that closed a busy road through Salisbury suffered serious injuries.
A man in his 20s was transported to Southampton General Hospital with injuries which Wiltshire Police said were "serious but not thought to be life-changing".
This came after a crash involving a Red Renault Clio and a motorbike took place on Downton Road, A338, near the M&S garage.
Police were called to the scene at around noon on Monday, January 15, and closed the road to allow for enquiries and the recovery of the vehicles.
