A 28-year-old man from Bournemouth has been charged with various criminal acts including assault by beating, criminal damage and shoplifting.
The shoplifting and assault by beating was at Tesco Express, Butlers Lane, Ringwood.
The criminal damage took place at The Bakers on Burlers Lane, Ringwood.

Jordan Ashley Burnell, of Cecil Road, Bournemouth was arrested by officers at 8.45pm on Monday ( January 8), shortly after incidents were reported at two shops on Butlers Lane, Ringwood.
Burnell was remanded in custody was due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, January 10.
