TRAIN passengers have been warned not to travel as one railway company has cancelled several services amid "extreme disruption".
South Western Railway has suspended services across the network due to severe weather causing trees to fall onto the track.
The company's message is "do not travel" and it has offered to cover the cost of taxi fares.
Almost all of the trains departing Salisbury Railway Station this evening, January 2, have been cancelled.
The travel company estimates that disruption will end at the end of the day.
