A DRIVER who was pulled over for a defective brake light was in fact disqualified, police said.
The motorist was stopped on Cranebridge Road, in Salisbury, by Wiltshire's Roads Policing Unit on Tuesday afternoon, January 2.
After pulling the driver over for a basic defective brake light issue, checks revealed the driver was disqualified for a previous offence.
Police seized the car, leaving the driver to "walk (not sing) in the rain".
