Thom's sister Charlotte (Charleigh) spoke to the Journal on Saturday, December 30 saying they wanted to give Thom the 'best possible send-off ' and a 'foundation would be set up in his name to help others on the music scene'.
Thom was a regular DJ performing as 'Belko', and had helped to set up The City Sound community radio as well as working for Salisbury FC, Bemerton Heath Harlequins, and Salisbury Radio. He also contributed to the Journal.
The event ‘A tribute to Belko’ will take place at the Rude Giant Beerhouse, Brown Street, Salisbury on Saturday, January at 12noon.
