Thick black smoke could be seen billowing above the city centre just after 10am.

A number of fire engines parked outside the Avon Brewery pub.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service told the Journal: "We have been called to a commercial building fire on Castle Street, Salisbury.
"At the moment, all we know is that the fire involves an outbuilding containing propane cylinders.
"We have appliances from Salisbury and Verwood in attendance along with Hampshire & IOW crews from Romsey, Fordingbridge and St Marys."
Wiltshire Police have shut Castle Road to traffic while firefighters deal with the incident.
