LEARNING to park a car correctly requires practice, patience and skill but one car parked in the Central Car Park today suggests a little more practice is needed.
The navy blue Volkswagen car appears to have been deliberately and 'creatively' parked outside of any of the parking bays today (Thursday, December 14) even though the car park was far from full with many empty spaces available.
The reason is unknown.
In the council-run car park, a penalty charge notice has been attached to the windscreen and is awaiting the driver's return.
