A SPECIAL festive challenge for children has been set up as part of the Stars Appeal.
The 12 Elves of Christmas Elf Trail is a part of Experience Salisbury’s City of Stars and challenges participants to find the 12 cheeky elves hiding in shop windows around the city centre.
To get involved, a trail sheet can be collected from Salisbury Information Centre on Fish Row or from Five Rivers Leisure Centre.
The trail sheets cost £2 per child and money raised will go to Salisbury District Hospital’s Stars Appeal and will support projects across the hospital to benefit patients, their families and staff.

One project the charity is fundraising for is the provision of 20 specialist cots for new-born babies, which cost £1,900 each.
The Elf Trail runs until the end of Saturday, December 23 and completed trail sheets must be returned to the Information Centre by the end of that day to be in with a chance of winning a children’s craft hamper worth more than £50.
The hamper has been donated by The Works in Salisbury.
