A MAN has been fined more than £300 and banned from driving for two years after pleading guilty to drug-driving.
Mark Warren, 47 and from Hindon, was in charge of a motor vehicle with a "proportion of specified controlled drug above the specified limit".
Court records show that Warren, on or about April 14 at Stourton, was in charge of an Audi on Stourton Lane when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine in his blood namely greater than 240 microgrammes exceeded the specified limit.
The disqualification period is 24 months, as well as a fine of £307, as well as costs of £85 and a surcharge of £123. The guilty plea was taken into account during sentencing.
