A man in his 20s sustained injuries to his face after being assaulted by two men in Alderholt.
Police are now appealing for witnesses in their investigation of the incident, which occurred on Hayters Way at around 7.30pm on Sunday, November 5.
Police said the victim was approached by two men dressed in dark clothing who got out of a grey Peugeot 208.
The victim did not require medical treatment for his injuries.

Police Constable Ashlea Gale, of East Dorset police, said: “We have now received a full account from the victim and I am carrying out enquiries into this incident.
“I understand there were other people in the area at the time and I would ask anyone who saw what happened and has not already spoken to police to please get in touch.”
