A man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to multiple charges after an incident in September.
Marvyn Moreman, 29, of Short Street, Ludgershall, was found intoxicated and asleep on the floor of a garden in Durrington on September 11 with an infant next to him in a pram.
When police managed to wake him, he was arrested.

Police established that he had just stolen alcohol from a nearby Tesco which was also in the pram.
While en route to a custody suite, Moreman vomited in the prisoner cage of a police van before exposing himself and urinating inside the vehicle.
Moreman pleaded guilty at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on October 20 to the charges of being drunk in charge of a child in a public place, shoplifting and criminal damage. The court sentenced him on November 17 to rehabilitation activities, a 120-day alcohol abstinence requirement, a £114 surcharge and £85 in CPS costs.
