Hampshire Police officers stormed Pembridge House after forcing entry shortly before 7am this morning, November 18, with a drug warrant.
Several items were seized, including suspected class A drugs, mobile phones and drug paraphernalia.
A 32-year-old man from Fordingbridge has since been interviewed in connection with the suspected offence of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug. The investigation and enquiries continue.
Sovereign Housing Association, which runs Pembridge House, had already issued a notice to two people, without tenancy rights, who were found inside the property today.
No arrests have been made.
Pembridge House is a retirement complex comprising one-bedroom flats for people aged 55 and above.
Reflecting on today’s operation, New Forest District Commander, Chief Inspector Nick Marsden, said: “Officers continue to tackle drug-related activity across the New Forest, but can only do so with the support and information from our communities.
"As the eyes and ears on the ground, please continue to let us know about activity in the area in which you live.
"The more information you share with us, the more we can develop this, and the more action we can take, including the execution of warrants and the targeting of criminals causing the most harm to our communities."
