A bout of careless driving in February will cost a Salisbury man more than £700.
Michael Czerwinski, 39, did not appear at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on Monday, November 13 to issue a plea to the charge of operating a motor vehicle “without due care and attention" and was found guilty in his absence.
Czerwinski was driving a white 2022 Nissan on Manor Road on Sunday, February 5.
He has been ordered to pay a £440 fine, with an additional £110 in court costs and a £176 victim surcharge, amounting to a total of £726.
Czerwinski has been ordered to pay the amount in full by Monday, December 11.
