A man has shared his disappointment at the lack of ice cream vans at world heritage site Stonehenge, adding he "didn't fight in the war for this."
Stonehenge is one of the most important survivals of prehistoric England consisting of a group of huge rough-cut stones, some more than 20 feet high, arranged in two concentric circles.
It is arguably one of the most culturally significant and mysterious landmarks in the world, a real head-scratcher for all who visit.
Archaeologists believe it was created, built, or 'stood up' between 3000 BC and 2000 BC, and has fascinated people ever since. Well, almost everybody.
A disgruntled TripAdvisor user, who goes by Dave, wrote the review in August 2023 and titled it 'Somewhat underwhelming'.
Dave said: "Expected so much more than just some stones placed in a circle.
"As a world heritage site, at the very least, I would have expected an ice cream van. I'm 76 next year and didn't fight in the war for this."
Of course, a 75-year-old would have been born after the end of World War II.

And he wasn't the only one to leave a bad Stonehenge review over the summer.
Stonehenge summer 2023 reviews:
For one reviewer, the stones were "too small". Andrew said: "This place is definitely the biggest disappointment of my life. I was expecting so much more. The stones are small and literally look like a door frame missing a door and some of them have even fallen down!
"Do not waste your time people. The only magical thing about this place is that somehow it has the power to draw people on to look at it."
Another wrote: "How you can charge to see a bunch of freestanding rocks I will never know. The price is disgusting. Will not be going again. Capitalism and austerity government at its finest. Money grabbers."
"Fab place to visit"
Despite the lack of ice cream vans and monolithic stones, Stonehenge is largely adored by TripAdvisor users. Having 7,611 'Excellent' reviews out of the total 15,083.
The most recent review (November 5) reads: "Fab place to visit and interesting facts. The staff were all very knowledgeable too.
"They had a tent with an archaeological dig for the kids which was fun".
So not all bad, eh?
