A 15-year-old boy was reportedly assaulted and robbed by four other teenage boys in Verwood.
During the incident, which occurred between 2pm and 2.30pm on Monday, October 23 in the forest behind Morrisons in Chiltern Drive, the four boys allegedly stole the victim’s coat, jumper and jewellery.
One of the boys was reportedly in possession of a knife.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries to his face and shoulder.
A 15-year-old boy from Verwood – who is known to the victim – has been arrested on suspicion of robbery.

Detective Sergeant Dave Barnes, of Dorset County CID, said: “An investigation is underway into this incident and we are supporting the victim as our enquiries continue.
“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and saw what happened to please come forward.
“Also, I am keen to hear from anyone with any information that may assist our investigation.”
