CHARITIES, schools, sports teams and event organisers in Salisbury are now able to apply for funds for their worthy causes.
Salisbury Reds Community Fund was set up to back local causes with funding, free travel, marketing help or the use of a bus for events.
Salisbury Reds general manager, Andrew Sherrington said: "At Salisbury Reds, we’re proud to play an integral role within the local community.
“As well as providing bus services across the area, we endeavour to support and raise awareness for those doing excellent work on behalf of those living here. The Salisbury Reds Community Fund is open to everyone - from charities to sports teams - and we encourage anyone who needs a helping hand, however big or small, to apply.”

The fund is open to applicants all year but funds and support is donated in April and October and previous beneficiaries include St Michael’s Community Care and Bradbury House.
To apply for the October 2023 allocation, groups can visit the website and provide details about their cause, needs and the difference support would make to their organisation.
