MAGISTRATES have told an Amesbury man to complete unpaid work following an assault in Andover.
Andrew Ward attacked a man in Andover on Tuesday, August 15 and admitted the offence during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 27.

The 36-year-old has been told to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay £150 compensation.
Ward must also pay £85 court costs and a £114 victim surcharge, as well as completing up to 10 rehabilitation days.
