Multiple tree surgeon tools and other equipment was stolen in a theft from a vehicle on Lyndhurst Road in Bramshaw.
The incident took place between 8pm on Thursday, September 21 and 7.10am on Friday, September 22.
The items taken are valued at a total of approximately £10,000. Among the stolen items were three climbing kits, three ground saws, one STIHL brand blower, three top-handle chainsaws and a lowering kit.

Hampshire Police said enquiries are ongoing and the force is now appealing to members of the public who may have information that could assist with the investigation, including the whereabouts of the stolen items.
People have been advised to be on the lookout for any similar items being sold by individuals in Bramshaw and surrounding areas.
Police have asked anyone who may have been in the area on the theft the night occurred and witnessed suspicious or captured CCTV footage to call 101 and quote crime reference number 44230386789.
