The second annual Wiltshire Motorcycle Rally, hosted by the Wiltshire Alliance, proved to be a success, pulling in motorcycle enthusiasts from across the country and raising £4,001.65 for Salisbury Hospital Stars Appeal Children's Ward.
A cheque for the amount was handed over to representatives of the Stars Appeal at a presentation at the Salisbury Rugby Club, where the rally took place from Friday, August 11 to Sunday, August 13, featuring a lineup of performers that included Hells Bells, Johnny Trashed, Scott Cox, Static Tandem, Amongst Liars, Break Cover, and Triple JD.
The presentation was attended by Salisbury mayor Atiqul Hoque, along with hospital ambassador Dr Chris Anderson.
