South Wilts Mencap held its first-ever fun run at Churchill Gardens for the learning-disabled community of South Wiltshire.
The run took place on Saturday, September 16 and enjoyed favourable weather as beneficiaries, support staff and carers “ran, walked and wheeled” their way around the park.
The Sarum Sisters provided the course marshals, who encouraged some participants in their quest to finish more than one lap.
