Wiltshire’s motorists will have several road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

  • A36, from 9am to 2pm on August 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 Plaitford traffic lights for overhead line work by Scottish and Southern Power Distribution.
  • A303, from 8pm August 29 to 6am September 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 both directions Chicklade to Wylye two-way signal control and lane closures for inspections.
  • A36, from 8pm August 29 to 5am August 31, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 westbound, Wilton Roundabout to St Pauls Roundabout multi way signals for tree removal.
  • A303, from 8pm August 29 to 6am September 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 westbound, Parkhouse to Countess, lane closure installed on behalf of Lumen Technologies.
  • A36, from 8pm August 31 to 5am September 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 Petersfinger traffic signals for horticultural works.
  • A303, from 8pm August 31 to 6am September 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 westbound, Parkhouse, exit slip road and lane closure for drainage works, diversion via National Highways Network.
  • A36, from 9am to 2pm on September 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 Stoford traffic lights to allow participants taking part in a charity.
  • A303, from 8pm September 4 to 6am September 16, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A303 eastbound, Solstice Park to Parkhouse lane closure for horticulture.
  • A36, from 8pm September 4 to 6am September 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 Wilton - multiway traffic signals for sign maintenance.
