Harry Potts, 20, of Beech Grange, pleaded guilty to criminally damaging a sign and door handle to the value of £876 belonging to Taco Bell on January 11.
He was employed at the fast-food restaurant when he discovered his manager had been "clocking him off" while he went on smoke breaks.
Potts lost his temper when his shift manager locked him outside, ripped off the front door handle to the building and used it to hit a drive-thru sign.
Magistrates ordered him to pay £876 compensation to Taco Bell and £85 court costs on August 18.
Xavier John Joseph, 18, of Bishop Row, Longhedge, drove a BMW 318i along the A345 without insurance on May 9.
He was ordered to pay a total of £258 and his driving license was endorsed with six penalty points on August 21.

Kimberley Chaney, 37, of Devizes Road, was caught speeding in her along The Avenue, Wilton, in her Ford Kuga on January 5.
She must pay £420 and her license was endorsed with six penalty points on August 21.
William John Hiley, 63, of Ashley Hill House, Southampton Road, exceeded 30 miles per hour on the A354 junction with Portland Avenue on February 15.
Magistrates disqualified Hiley from obtaining a driving license for 56 days and ordered him to pay £978 on August 21.
Michael Howard, 47, Armitage Square in Larkhill, was caught using his mobile phone while driving his Nissan X-trail on the A303 without insurance on October 30, 2021.
His driving record was endorsed with six points and he must pay £1,014 before September 18.

Luescley Suela, 34, of Bristol, pleaded guilty to speeding in a Mercedes Sprinter on Bulford Road without insurance and otherwise in accordance with a license on December 28, 2022.
She was ordered to pay £258 and her driving record was endorsed with six points.
Tiffani Buchan, 26, of Cornwall, drove a BMW X1 at Longbarrow Roundabout, A303, without due care and attention or third-party insurance on October 27, 2022.
Magistrates ordered her to pay £138 but no disqualification was imposed.
Buchan's defence raised mitigation circumstances including exceptional hardship found to impact upon children since she is a single mother living in a remote area and also due to her job as a community mental health nurse.
