Muhammed Rasheed, who has owned Café Diwali for eight years, commented on the work that goes into keeping a restaurant to a standard that earns a five-out-of five.
He said: “We give priority for the hygiene. We always do. All our chefs and all our staff are trained. The first priority is cleaning. We have a special day for the entire restaurant and our kitchen to be completely deep cleaned. One day we just dedicate for that, so Sunday we come early and everything is cleaned.”
