A LARGE coach blocked one of the main routes through the New Forest after becoming stranded.
It happened at Bramshaw Telegraph, near the junction of the B3078 Cadnam to Fordingbridge Road and the B3080 to Redlynch.
The Arena Travel coach blocked the B3078 beside the entrance to the Bramshaw Telegraph car park at around 3pm on Sunday.
A photograph taken on social media shows the vehicle's back wheels stuck in a roadside ditch.
It is not known if any passengers were on board the coach when the incident occurred.
A police car and a recovery truck were sent to the scene.
A passer-by said the coach appeared to have grounded itself during a turning maneuver.
The witness added: "It was completely blocking the road, but I was cycling so I could get through. I didn't see any passengers."
The road, one of the main east-west routes across the Forest, has since reopened.
