During the initial phase, work will begin on the area between Summerlock Approach and Malthouse Lane, and is expected to be completed around November this year.
The work includes widening pavements, introducing new street lighting and furniture, and enhancing the landscape. Continuous footpaths at junctions will enhance pedestrian priority.
Phase two will begin towards the end of August. It will start in the Summerlock Approach area and South Western Road. This phase of the development project is likely to be completed around December this year.
