FIREFIGHTERS who rushed to a laundry room fire near Salisbury Cathedral have shared a photograph of the damage.
A tumble dryer in Sarum College, Cathedral Close, was reported to be on fire at 4.45pm on Monday, July 24.
Two fire crews from Salisbury, one from Wilton and another from Fordingbridge attended with an aerial ladder platform.
Director of finance Mark Manterfield, at Sarum College, said everyone was evacuated from the building.
There were no reported injuries.

A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called to a premises in The Close at 4.45pm yesterday afternoon for a fire in the basement. Four fire crews attended, from Salisbury (x2), Wilton and Fordingbridge, together with the aerial ladder platform from Salisbury.
"Two breathing apparatus wearers used hose reel jets to extinguish the fire, which was contained to the affected basement (used as a laundry room) and our stop came through at 5.38pm.
"This was an accidental fire that started in a tumble dryer - no injuries were reported and everyone accounted for."
Following the incident, the service said it needs new on-call recruits to provide fire cover for the city and surrounding villages.
