THE Chair of the House of Commons Defence Select Committee is coming to Salisbury this week.
Tobias Ellwood - the Member of Parliament for Bournemouth East, is visiting Arundells, in the Cathedral close to give a talk about a 'new world order.'
Elected in May 2005, the Rt Hon Tobias Ellwood has held a range of positions including as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office where his responsibility lay with the Middle East and North Africa.

He was also the Prime Minister’s Parliamentary Advisor at the NATO Summit in 2014 and served for five years in the British Army with the Royal Green Jackets and served in Northern Ireland, Cyprus, Kuwait, Germany, Gibraltar, and Bosnia.
The talk will take place on Friday, June 23 at 3pm and will be followed by tea and cake in the garden and the house will be open to explore.
