A BUS passenger has been hospitalised following a crash this afternoon, the ambulance service has confirmed.
Police were called to Devizes Road after reports of a driver crashing into the back of a double-decker Salisbury Reds bus at around 2.15pm, Monday June 12.
While the bus was recovered by Ashley Wood shortly after 4pm, two passengers on board were injured.
One of them was taken to Salisbury District Hospital.

The other vehicle involved, a red Kia, had its passenger side wheel arch torn off. The driver had no reported injuries.
A full statement from the police spokesperson says: "At around 2.15pm today we responded to an RTC between a bus and a car on Devizes Road, Salisbury. Two passengers on the bus are thought to have suffered minor injuries. Recovery is ongoing.”
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 14.08hrs to an incident in the Salisbury area.
"We sent a double-crew land ambulance, and one individual was taken to Salisbury District Hospital.”
