A WEATHER warning has been issued by the Met Office for thunderstorms and heavy rain across Salisbury.
The warning is in place from 12 pm-9 pm today (Sunday, June 11). Where flooding or lightning strikes occur, there may be delays to train or bus services with sudden flooding or spray leading to difficult driving conditions.
At the time of writing, no thunderstorms are forecast for Salisbury but it may hail around 11am, according to the Met Office. Of course, the weather is subject to change and we may see thundery conditions.

The Met Office warns that hail and gusty winds may occur in some places with some locations across the area affected by extreme downpours.
The weather warnings come as warm air raises temperatures leading to the risk of thunder and showers which will affect the weather for the remainder of the weekend.
Motorists should be aware of the risks which could disrupt travel plans and lead to localised flooding.
