NANCY WALKER, 22 of Harcourt Terrace, Salisbury, admitted assault by beating on December 10, 2022 in Salisbury. 

Fine £380.00. Guilty plea taken into account. No compensation reason - Reason for no compensation: inappropriate in this circumstance. No restraining order was made as bench find it unnecessary and inappropriate in this instance.

Costs to Crown Prosecution Service - £85.00. Surcharge - £152.00. Collection order. 

JAMIE MEADOWS, 20, of Larkhill Camp, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis. 

On May 1, 2023, at Salisbury when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis by means of a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 in the course of an investigation into whether you had committed an offence. 

He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks upon completion of a course. Fine - £576.00. Guilty plea taken into account.

MAXIMILLIAN BENNETT, 30 and of Shrewton, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis. 

On or in November 19, 2022, at Salisbury when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test pursuant to section 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence under section 3A, 4, 5 or 5A thereof, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. 

Disqualified from driving for three years, reduced by 36 weeks if a course is completed by July 15.

Fined £600.00. Guilty plea taken into account. Costs to Crown Prosecution Service £85.00.

ABIGAIL BURDEN, of Amesbury, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent after she allegedly unlawfully and maliciously caused grievous bodily harm to someone in August last year. 

Sent to Crown Court for trial on unconditional bail - Sent for trial under: Section 51(1) & (2)(a) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, next hearing in Salisbury Crown Court on June 28 at 10am. 

LOGAN DOGGETT, 21, of Barford St Martin, is accused of assault, causing actual bodily harm, in October 2021. 

Sent to Crown Court for trial on conditional bail - Next hearing in Crown Court: June 28, 10am.  

GAVIN NEWMAN, of Wilton, allegedly caused criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.

On December 23, 2022, at Wilton, without lawful excuse, damaged a wing mirror of a Land Rover to the value of £47.80p, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

Warrant for arrest without bail - Grounds for warrant: the offence is punishable with imprisonment in the case of a person who has attained the age of 18. 

CORRINE BURGWIN, of no fixed abode, is wanted for arrest without bail. 

Between August 29, 2021 and August 31, 2021, in Salisbury, in company with a man, allegedly committed fraud in that they dishonestly made a false representation, namely used the bank card of belonging to a woman while she was in hospital to make unauthorised purchases, intending to make a gain, namely goods to the value of £522.27p.

MELISSA LUKE, aged 42 and of The Mount, Ringwood, admits driving a blue Audi TT on the A31 St Leonards on May 1 with 108 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Fined £200. To pay £85 costs and £114 surcharge.

DANIEL MALONEY, aged 32 and of Moneyfly Road, Verwood, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on July 1, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation of activity requirement. Fined £30. To pay £114 surcharge.
