A HEALTH care agency has promised to donate a portion of its revenue to a life-saving charity.

Halo Staffing will support Wiltshire Air Ambulance, a charity that relies on donations from the public and local businesses, for three years.

The collaboration will see 10 per cent of revenue generated through the health and social care staffer's sales in that duration donated to the charity.

Managing director Scott Shill, from Halo Staffing, said: “Having visited the base, I am thoroughly inspired by the dedication and enthusiasm of everyone I met at Wiltshire Air Ambulance while providing an essential service.”

A total of £4m must be raised each year to keep Wiltshire Air Ambulance operating.

The charity does not receive regular direct Government or National Lottery funding so collaborating with local businesses such as Halo is important.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance corporate partnerships lead Naomi Barker said: “We’re very excited and privileged that Halo Staffing has chosen us as their first charity to support.

"We can’t wait to see what the next three years bring!”
