A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after a body was found in the city centre late last night.
Wiltshire Police were contacted at around 10pm after a woman in her 40s was found unresponsive.
Despite the best efforts of the emergency services she was declared dead at the scene at Culver Street car park.

A scene has been put in place while police conduct its enquiries.
A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
Wiltshire Police said: "While we understand the public concern that this may cause, there is no wider threat to the public."

A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 22:00hrs on Thursday 13 April to an incident in Salisbury. We sent two double-crewed land ambulances and a rapid response vehicle.”
