The peregrine falcons that surprised the team at the Salisbury Cathedral returning prior to the live stream cameras being put in place have been busy securing the future for the next generation of peregrines.

Having already laid two eggs, the RSPB alerted the cathedral that a third egg had arrived.
Although the exact time cannot be pinpointed, they do know it was sometime between 6.57am when the female left the nest revealing just two eggs and 8.36am when she took her next break.
The good news about the male falcon Osmund (Blue colour ring YK) that fledged from the Salisbury Cathedral Tower in 2020.
He was spotted earlier in March by a Guernsey-based wildlife photographer, Henry Rowe. The falcon is now in full adult plumage.
