RENTAL properties in Salisbury are still in high demand.
Property management firm Jordan and Mason say they "receive high levels of demand for residential property" throughout the Salisbury and wider area.
Mark Heasman, a spokesperson from the firm said: "We register on average over 35 new tenants per week who were struggling to find suitable properties."
He added: "An average property has between 8 and 12 viewing requests within 48 hours"
He said: "It is little surprise that rental prices have increased exponentially in recent weeks."
The firm received instructions to market a selection of properties which include 20 St Jude's Close Bishopdown Farm, a two-bedroom mid-terraced house.
It is available to rent for £975 per calendar month.
Another is Apartment three, Three Cupps House, which is an "exceptional" two-bedroom apartment "newly refurbished" accommodation.
It is available to rent for £995 per calendar month.
Finally, a property at Old Sarum, 51 Grouse Road described as a "beautifully appointed bedroom apartment" will be available to let in the coming weeks.
