Volunteers will give introductory talks and provide an insight into the history of the house informing visitors of the people who formerly called Mompesson home.

Collections and house officer, Gee Cooper said: “It’s been exciting to do something quite a bit different this year. We’ve gone back to the drawing board to try and capture what is so special about Mompesson.”

The house will be open to visitors from Friday, March 10 and open from 11 am – 4 pm, Friday to Tuesday.
