Wessex Water will be hosting a community event to outline its future plans and give customers an opportunity to engage in dialogue with representatives of the company and discuss planned investments for 2025 and beyond.
The event at the Salisbury Library on Tuesday, February 28 is between 2.30pm and 6.30pm.
It is one of several being held across the Wessex Water region.
Wessex Water said reducing supply interruptions through pipe replacement and tackling storm overflows are a core objective in the near future.
Sue Lindsay, Wessex Water’s director of customer policy and engagement, said: “We’ve been talking to thousands of customers, businesses and stakeholders over the last two years to help us develop our future plans. These sessions at towns and cities in our region are a great opportunity to hear feedback from customers and identify any areas we might need to change.”
There will be refreshments available, as well as water-saving advice and information on how to get help if bill payments are a struggle. An online session will be held for customers who can’t make it on the day.
