Thrill seekers took to hot coals and razor-sharp glass on Friday night in aid of Salisbury Hospice Charity.
£27,000 was raised by the fearless fundraisers at the charity’s Fire and Glass Walk that took place outside Salisbury's Guildhall. Salisbury Hospice Charity previously hosted a Fire Walk back in 2021 and this year added the glass element to the event.
Glass and Fire Walker's had an hour training session before the event which was organised and conducted by the UK's leading Fire Walk companies, UK Firewalk.
During the event, participants and spectators watched on in awe, as Steamship Circus led an unforgettable fire performance.
In total 83 people took part with the youngest participant 16 years old and the eldest 78.
Abi Blake from the charity said: "We are so proud of all our participants for showing great bravery on behalf of Salisbury Hospice. This amazing total is a complete testament to them and their incredible fundraising efforts. A huge thank you to all who fundraised and also our kind sponsor Nucleus.”
