Love is in the air at Dogs Trust Salisbury as staff appeal for a home for a devoted duo ahead of the most romantic day of the year.

Nine and ten-year old Huskies Casper and Kita arrived at the Salisbury Rehoming Centre together.

They spend their days enjoying walks together and snuggling up on their bed while they await their "fur-ever" home.

The charity says Kita and Casper are lovely, playful dogs, who both absolutely love toys.

They are very bonded, so they are looking for a home together. The staff are hoping they will find their special someone just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Dogs Trust Salisbury Manager, Claire Rowe said: “Casper and Kita absolutely adore each other. They spend every waking moment together; they really are the best of friends.

"They are a fantastic pair of dogs and would make a wonderful addition to a family home.”

They are not used to being left alone, so the pair would prefer their new loving owners to be around for most of the day and build up any time left alone gradually.

Casper is not keen on other dogs apart from Kita, so would need quiet walks away from the hustle and bustle.
