THE car in the River Avon by Sainsbury's has been put up for on sale Facebook Marketplace.
Listed by Jacob Waldron, the seller's description says: "No silly offers I know what I got. Ran and drove great before I put it in a river. Clean interior just had it valeted and it looks beautiful."
It adds that if you want to have a look at the car, "it's in the river near Sainsbury's in Salisbury".
Details include that it has driven 125,000km, automatic transmission, with a 1.1 litre petrol engine.

A 36-year-old man from Bulford Camp was charged after a crash led to the car being submerged.
Kenroy Baptise, from Picton Barracks, was charged with drink driving in relation to the crash that occurred near The Maltings during the early morning hours of Saturday, January 14.
He has been released on bail and is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on Friday, February 10.
