Here are seven people from in and around Salisbury who have been in the courts in the last week.

CRAIG NIKKI POLLARD, aged 38 and of Durrington, has to £190 for driving over the speed limit on the A38 Chudleigh West. Pollard drove at a speed exceeding the speed limit on a road with a temporary restriction. 

They were fined £66, and also have to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34, and costs of £90. They have also been given three points on their licence. 

RYAN HUTCHINSON, aged 40 and of Sarum Close, Salisbury, has to pay £1,034, and has six points on his licence, for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required. 

Hutchinson was fined £660 and ordered to a surcharge to fund victim services of £264, as well as costs of £110. 

PATRICK JOHN BANKS, 60, of Wimborne St Giles, allegedly exceeded 30mph on the A354 Salisbury Road in Pimperne, on December 18, 2021. 

The case has been adjourned to February 17, for a case management hearing. 

JAKE RUSSELL, 29, of Bemerton Heath, has to pay £947.12 after damaging an X3 bus belonging to More Bus to the value of £698.12. This took place on the A338 Spur Road on June 17, 2022. 

Russell has to pay compensation of £698.12, a surcharge to fund victim services of £114, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

On the same day Russell also used threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of / provoke unlawful violence towards James Kemmitt. For this he was ordered to pay compensation of £50.

STACEY LYNN O'SULLIVAN, 36 of Bemerton Heath, damaged an X3 bus belonging to More Bus (value unknown), "intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged", also on June 17, 2022, and also on the A338 Spur Road. 

They also pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating. They were ordered to pay £399. 

JORDAN FITZPATRICK, 24, of Salisbury, has been fined £1,346, after driving a Pure Electric Scooter on Churchfields Road, Salisbury, "when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks as complied with the requirements of Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1988 Contrary to section 143 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988".

The fine was £666, along with a surcharge of £66 and costs to the CPS of another £660. They were also given six points on their licence. 

MATTHEW RONALD JEWELL, 42, of Dairyhouse Bridge Caravan Site, Southampton Road, Salisbury, has been fined £180 for having a quanitity of cocaine in Melksham, on March 24, 2021. 

They are also under a curfew for two months with electronic monitoring, from 7am to 7pm, from February 1 to March 31, 2023.
