A man who admitted to killing Freddie Fontete-Jones is due to be sentenced this week.
Connor Pool, of Salt Lane in Winterbourne Gunner, will appear at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, February 3.
This comes after he pleaded guilty to manslaughter on September 9.
25-year-old Pool was due to be sentenced on November 3, however the date was pushed back.

At the last hearing, Her Honour Judge Morris advised the public that the small number of seats available within the public gallery have all been allocated to those closest to the case.
HM Courts and Tribunals Service said there is no facility available within the venue for any further attendees.
It also said that it has been "impractical" to find a suitable location for broadcasting the sentencing virtually.
Freddie, 23, died following a "one punch" assault in New Canal in February 2022.
He suffered a “serious head injury” in the attack in the early hours of the Sunday morning and was taken to hospital, where he later passed away.
Pool had previously been charged with murder but had denied the charge. He admitted manslaughter as a direct alternative
