A man will appear in court next month after he was charged with 12 counts of indecent assault.
Michael Colin Bell, 70, of Bemerton Heath, was charged with 10 counts of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16.
He was also charged with two counts of indecent assault on a man over 16.
Some of the offences date as far back as 1994.

Bell will appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on February 17.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "If you wish to report sexual offences, regardless of how much time has passed, you can do so by calling police on 101.
"Victims can also seek support and counselling from the Swindon & Wiltshire Sexual Assault Referral Centre."
