A CAR was found deep in a river in the centre of Salisbury and has been deemed too unsafe to recover.
A 36-year-old man has been arrested for failing to provide a breath test after the car was found submerged in the River Avon in the early hours of Saturday, January 14.
The fire service was called but said the vehicle was “too unsafe to recover”.
