A pedestrian underpass at Castle Roundabout has flooded.
The south west section of the walkway, which exits at Nelson Road, has been closed while the water is drained.
Road signs and cones have been put in place to block both ends of the underpass.
A Mawdsleys pump and water specialists van was parked on the pavement at the underpass exit.
