TWO people were taken to hospital after a three-car crash in Sixpenny Handley.
The crash happened on the A354 near the junction with the B3081 outside of Sixpenny Handley at around 3:10pm on Monday, December 19.
The crash involved a white Audi A4, a blue Land Rover Discovery and a black BMW.
The occupants of the Audi A4 and Land Rover Discovery were taken to hospital as a precaution, but were not believed to have sustained any serious injuries. The black BMW did not stop at the scene.
Dorset Police has asked that anyone with a dashcam who may have been driving in the area at the time come forward.
Constable Rhianna Sly, of Dorset Police, said: “An investigation is underway and I am appealing for any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please get in touch.
“Also, I would ask any motorists who were travelling in the area with a dashcam to please check their footage for anything of relevance.
“Finally, if you were driving the black BMW, I would urge you to do the right thing and come forward so we can take your account of what happened.”
