Nunton Farm has announced the opening of its fifth milk vending machine in the Salisbury area.

The newest machine sits near The Three Crowns in Whaddon, Alderbury.

It joins the other machines in Wilton, Old Sarum, Downton, and Nunton.

The company said: "We're excited to add another location to sell our high-quality, farm-fresh milk to the local community.

"We see our vending machines as mini 24/7 farm shops and are pleased to provide a place for our customers to buy locally sourced and produced essentials.

"We hope locals can also try something new and discover local brands when they pick up their weekly milk."

The company works with Lyburn Cheese and often has local honey available in its machines.

It has also newly partnered with Fluffetts Farm for eggs, Harth Chocolate for hot chocolate, and Forest Edge Roasting Co for coffee.

It added: "As a family, we've been farming in the area since 1929. Providing fresh, delicious milk for our community is important to us. So we're actively looking at new sites for our vending machines - we hope every milk drinker in Salisbury can taste Nunton milk at least once!

"You can also find our milk in many local cafes and farm shops, with about ten local, independent businesses using our milk to make everything from teas & coffees to delicious cakes and pastries."
