A FORDINGBRIDGE man has been given a suspended prison sentence and a restraining order for sexual assault offences.
David James Bunn, of Pennys Lane, was sentenced by Salisbury Crown Court on October 14 to one charge of assault by penetration and another of sexual assault.
The two offences took place on December 25, 2020.
The 44-year-old received a total sentence of two years in prison, which was suspended for two years.
In addition to this he was given a 10-year restraining order and ordered to complete 80 days unpaid work and 55 rehabilitation requirement days.
A victim surcharge of £156 was also imposed by the court.
