REMEMBRANCE Day will be honoured at a crematorium.
The New Forest Crematorium is inviting people to visit on Sunday, November 13 as they mark the day.
The chapel will open between 10.45 am and 2.15 pm and reflective music will be played. Attendees can participate in the two-minute silence at 11 am.
Site manager at the crematorium, Graeme Horobin, said: “Remembrance Day is a time when so many people pause to think about all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
“Our peaceful and tranquil site is a fitting place for people to visit and make their own remembrance. All are welcome."
He added: “We wanted to do something for Remembrance Day as part of our continuing efforts to play a positive role in local community life and to engage with the people who live in the area surrounding our beautiful site.”
